Smoothies are a great breakfast item or snack during the day. I made a simple Strawberry Banana Smoothie that was very delicious! What you'll need:

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 c. Milk
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • Honey drizzle

Strawberry Banana Smoothie:

Step One | Milk


Pour the milk into your blender. You'll always want to pour the liquid in first.

If you don't want to use milk as the liquid, there are a variety of substitutions you can use as the base: water, coconut water, almond milk, fruit juice, etc.

Step Two | Yogurt


Drizzle honey on top of the yogurt and mix it together. This will give a little sweet flavor to the smoothie. Pour the yogurt mixture into the blender.

Step Three | Strawberries + Banana


Add the strawberries + banana to the blender. The strawberries can be fresh or frozen.

Step Four | Blend


Blend all the ingredients together to create your smoothie.

Step Five | Enjoy!
