With the past holiday season, I did a little baking for a few parties I went to. I forgot how much I liked baking - even if it can be time consuming. It's a fun process none-the-less.

When I made these cookies I had to buy the boxed cookie mix because I {sadly} did not have an electronic mixer. That all changed Christmas morning when I received an electronic mixer. So, now I can create baked goods from scratch {yassss!}.

What you'll need:

  • Boxed sugar cookie mix,
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick of softened butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup peanut butter morsels

White Chocolate Peanut Butter Drizzle Cookies

Step one | Preheat your oven

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees

Step two | Create the sugar cookies

Follow the directions on the box. Roll the dough into tablespoon sized balls. Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool completely.

Step three | Melt the chocolate and peanut butter

Pour one cup of white chocolate morsels and peanut butter morsels into bowls. Heat one bowl up for 30 seconds. Stir the morsels. Heat the morsels for another 30 seconds if needed, stirring the melted morsels. Repeat with the second bowl.

Step four | Create frosting bags

Pour the melted morsels into a Ziploc bag. Cut a small portion of the tip off. Drizzle the chocolate onto the cookies in a zig zag pattern.

Step five | Enjoy!
