Pizzarinos

This week, I'm bringing you a Rinehart favorite. I'm not really sure how we came up with this.. However, we dubbed these little pizzas: Pizzarinos. Whenever we make them for people, they are a hit! You'll love them as well. Sometimes, I make them for lunch at work with a variety of bread and all my coworkers are always fascinated with them.

What you'll need:

  • Rolls
  • Pepperoni
  • Cheese
  • Bacon Bits
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Olives
  • Other toppings you wish to include

Pizzarinos:

One | Spread the pizza sauce

Add some pizza sauce to your bread and spread it around. I personally like a light sauce on my pizzarinos, so I do not add too much.

Two | Add pepperoni

Add as much {or as little} pepperoni as you would desire. I like a single layer of pepperoni on my rolls.

Three | Add toppings

Add your favorite toppings to your pizzarinos. I personally like to keep it simple, so I add my two favorite toppings - bacon bits and olives.

Four | Add cheese

Add your favorite kind of cheese to the top of your pizzarino. I have found it's best to layer the pepperoni first and coat the pizzarino with the cheese last. It holds all your toppings on the pizzarino without everything falling off.

Five | Cook

Heat your oven to 400 degrees. Once your oven has finished preheating, cook your pizzarinos for 10 to 15 minutes. Depending on your oven, 10 minutes may be perfect or 15 minutes may be perfect. Or 15 minutes will make your pizzarinos extra crispy. It all depends how you like your pizzarinos. I like the right amount of crisp to them, so tend to keep them in for 10 minutes.

Six | Enjoy!

I decided to pair my pizzarinos with veggies, however you can pair them with chips or whatever side you like!

Have you tried to make these? What are your favorite toppings? I'd love to hear your spin on one of my favorite meals!
