I Ain't No Size Two - OH WAIT

You've seen this pictures on my blog before - and you've heard about my weight loss story here a little bit. BUT I've hit another milestone and want to share it with you! So I'm gonna go through each picture and share a little more about my journey.
June 2014.

I’m the Maid of Honor for my friend’s wedding. I am unhappy with my weight, but am having trouble getting rid of the extra pounds. I go for runs on the weekends, but am losing minimal pounds.

I  weigh about 165 pounds. My pant size is 11 / 13. Depending on the brand of jeans.. how they’re made. Oh, how I miss my size 5 jeans that I wore in high school. I yearn for the days where I lose weight and will fit in smaller clothes and feel over all happy with myself.

December 2014.

This small town Californian has moved to Boston and LOST weight. What have I been doing? I've been walking e v e r y w h e r e {{ no car = walking }}. I haven't been eating fast food as much. I've been making my own food. Pretty much all processed food has been abandoned.

I weigh about 140 pounds. I'm not sure on the pant size as I haven't gone pants shopping, but all my pants are starting to get bigger on me. I've had to pull out my belts {{ which I haven't used in f o r e v e r }} to keep my pants up!

Also, people back home are starting to notice that I've been losing weight - which means that's a good thing right?

April 2015.

Happy Easter! Here I am in one of my f a a a a a a v o r i t e dresses. {{ I took this artsy picture of myself. Thank goodness for timers + selfies }} I just got my hair cut, so I'm feeling pretty happy with myself.

I weigh about 137 pounds. My pants size? 5. F I V E. I am back in size five pants since high school. {{ Excuse me while I do a happy dance! }} Also, my muffin top / fluffiness is getting smaller and slowly disappearing. HOW EXCITING IS THIS!?

May 2015.

I went shopping with my friend at the Assembly Row outlets in Somerville {{ I highly recommend checking these shops out }}. We decided to go into the Lucky Brand store. Thank goodness we did because they were having a sale annnd some jeans were on sale for $29.95. Yes, you read that right. $29.95. How could I pass up this deal?

I tried on a size four and the pants were a little baggy and a little lose in the band. As I was looking for another size, a store assistant asked what size I was looking for. As I was getting ready to guess, he says: " You look like a size two - here are some sizes to try on" and gives me four pairs of size two jeans. SIZE TWO. I try them on and like magic, THEY FIT.

I have never been a size two before, so I was totally excited and really happy when I tried them on and they fit. I also weigh about 135 pounds.

I'm more of a feeling happy in one's skin kind of person, but the fact that I'm a size two for the first time ever just makes me so excited.
Yeah, it's pretty clear, I ain't no size two - OH WAIT, but I am. I really am.
