I'm in love with cheesecake. It is my most favorite dessert. So, when I found a book on how to make cheesecake from SCRATCH, I had to buy it. One of the first cheesecakes I made, it was this mini Oreo cheesecake. It reminds me of a cupcake. But it's a thousand times better. This recipe is quite easy to make. I think this recipe tastes the best when you make it the day before and let it refrigerate over night. That way the cheesecake topping sets into the cookie and makes it a bit softer. Trust me, it's the best. What You Need: 1 pkg [8 oz] Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1 tub [8 oz] Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed 12 Oreo Sandwich cookies Multi-colored sprinkles
Make It: 1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping 2. Place cookies on bottom of 12 paper-lined muffin cups 3. Spoon cream cheese mixture into muffin cups. Top with multi-colored sprinkles. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
