One of the first things you should know about Blue Moon Grill is that during their prime brunch time, they are quite the happening place. You can't make reservations, but you can call 30 minutes prior to the time you'll arrive and they'll put your name on the list.
The menu at Blue Moon Grill is huge. It was very difficult to decide on one option to try. Since we were starving by the time we were seated, we ordered the Peanut Butter Delight Pancakes as an appetizer. They were very delicious. The pancakes had peanut butter chips and banana in them. They were also the perfect amount of fluffy.
For my main item, I decided to order the Breakfast Stuffed Potato Skins. The potato skins included scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and bacon with a side of sour cream and home fries. This was one of the first items to catch my eye when looking at the menu, so I decided to try something new since you don't find Breakfast Stuffed Potato Skins on every menu.
The Breakfast Stuffed Potato Skins were amazing. It was overflowing with the egg scramble. The home fries were pretty good too. I was not able to eat the whole thing, so I had leftovers to take home. However, looking at my picture I feel as though I hardly made a dent in my potato skins even though I ate half of it! Overall, I recommend making a trip to Wakefield to try Blue Moon Grill! It was very delicious and filling.
